My correspondence with the developer of a free GIS viewer (which does not
yet support Maptitude)...

Hello Margie,

Someone else asked this same question. Believe it or not, I don't think
it does. However, I'm sure our R & D department will be quick to support
it if it is not already. When I use to work at DMTI Spatial there were a
few requests for Maptitude format instead of ArcView or MapInfo standard
formats. I had forgotten what the extension was on Maptitude format.
You have cleared this up for me ( thanks. ) !

I am forwarding your e-mail to our "technotes" files so our development
team can respond.

Thanks for your interest !

Cheers,

Archie Pedden
