There are no restrictions on distribution of DBD files. However, our
license agreement does preclude reverse engineering so it is not very
likely that 3rd party viewers will include the capability to view Maptitude
files.
I don't mean to be cryptic, but we will introduce some new options that
will probably resolve this matter in a different way.
