If most of the automatically generated labels
are to your liking, you can delete (or change) some selectively. To do that,
you’ll need to convert the automatic street names to freehand text.
Create your map with automatic labels, then click Map|Convert Labels… and
click the “yes” button to confirm your desire to convert all labels
to freehand text. The resulting freehand labels can be edited or deleted as
you wish.

I delete the street names
in a map selectively and just keep the ones that I
want? Alternatively can
I delete all of the street names and retyoe
several name that I needed for
