The coordinate system is NAD_1983_StatePlane_Florida_West_FIPS_0902_Feet, which uses the Transverse Mercator projection. It is not a UTM coordinate system. So, in the Coordinates dialog box click the Coordinate System tab, choose "North America NAD83 (U.S. State Plane)" as the Class, choose "902: Florida West" as the zone, and choose Feet for the XYs.
