I did a bit of searching  and came across http://www.mapcruzin.com/download_mapcruz.htm Didn't see it there but you could ask  Michael Meuser. (about half way down the page) It seems that Ham operators use the grid   Maybe another place to look.  Probably out there in a shape file that can be downloaded.
