Our city is composed for 31 "districts " and our research intends to establish a new division (sector) where each sector will contain about 3000 properties, respecting geographic accidents, standard of dwelling, etc. We are using "census" sector, streets and blocks layers, etc.How to creat a new sector joing layers and datas??/
