Hi: Nope, I believe there is no way to do that with freehand. What is a good solution is to select the county in the CDF file. Export it to Standard Geographic File (DBD) with a new name, and then edit it as required. The advantage is that then you will have your "own" geographic file separated in taxing districts, on which you can do any number of thematic cartography an spatial analysis. Good luck! Reinaldo
