Dear users,

Thanks for the suggestions. I tried both screen capture and print screen 
methods. Both worked well but they included the manu bars on top and bottom 
that I don't want in the "word" file.  In the process, I found that one can 
first copy the map into a graphic program, such as "Paint", or "Corel Draw". 
Save the map into bitmap format, then it can be pasted into the word file. 
The map will be within the page margins and border, no overflowing.
