If you have a recent Zip COde file (available from Caliper) they have much of this info.  Otherwise you can put on a block group layer which has thew info you have and then overlay the Zip Code layer and estimate the variables you want. Caliper hasd a greatr add-on for Maptitude which has all the info you need, for ZCTAs also.  I find the US Cdnsus site difficult to use, Calipers SF1 & SF3 add-on sames many hours of work. An excellent way to save staff time.

Look under ZCTA, rather than ZIP Code.   I don't think the age break 20 is
used in the tables; it's probably 18, but the custom tables option would
let you set up your own age groups.
