Navtech (sp?) . expensive. Will that data fit into Maptitude?

I'm looking for a higher quality US street data set.
The street files that come with Maptitude are nice, but I'd like
something that's more consistent and informative, similar to the
street data that is in Street Atlas or Map Point.
Any ideas of where to look?
