Using Maptitude 4.7 I need to be able to take a .dbf of customers with columns for their name, phone and zip code and join it to a maps dataview. I want to be able to use the info icon to display a distinct listing of customers based on their zipcode. I stored my customer data in to a .dbf file
I tried this using the NYCITY.MAP from the tutorial folder as a test so I mocked up my data to match the zipcodes of Manhattan. I tried selecting the 5-digit zip code dataview and joined it to my .dbf file - I get multiple occurances of each customer displaying many times. I tried selecting the street dataview and joined it to my .dbf file - I also get multiple occurances of each customer displaying many times. What is the correct method of just displaying distinct rows of my customer data in a info dataview window based on the customers zipcode for the NYCITY.MAP? ------------------------ Yahoo!
