I need to cross reference latt/long/value data to to 5 digit zip
codes. I need to be able to output raw data (delimited text or
whatever) that can list the zip codes for all data point locations
that have a certain value or range of values. Ideally, I'd like to
include all zip codes that are within a certain distance (say, 50
miles) of that data point -- this could be either all zip codes that
have land area within a certain distance from the data point, or
(probably easier) all zip codes whose centroids are within a certain
distance of the data point.
Anyone have suggestions? I'm already mapping the data (color coded
by value), and won't be mapping the zip codes.
