[Maptitude] * update * Tool to export from TransCAD to Google Earth

I put a new TransCAD add-in available at http://www.geocities.com/tc2ge/index.htm. It will allow to export line layers to GE. It is pretty similar to the add-in to export area layers. Geocities, the site hoster, limits the data transfer to something around 4Mb per hour, so, if you don't get acess, be patient and try it later. I'm sorry about the incovenience. I intend adapt the add-in to export point layers until next week. Check the site for updates. Enjoy.
