Hi, Carlos, I'm not sure if I understood your question, but I think you mean you'd like to have the code (rsc file) to add it to some other program you have done. I sadly say that I'm not sharing the code for no other reason it is a mess. It isn't well coded, and it's very confusing, for the reason that I didn't planned it before start writing.
But that's not a major problem once you program by yourself and GE file format is very easy; it's a markup language like HTML and the files are plain text. Take a look at http://earth.google.com/kml/ to learn about GE file format.
