I am linking block2000 data to the new Caliper data which comes with Maptitude
for Redistricting. I joined the old census block data on the blk2000 field,
and wondered what additional steps I would need to take to insure the variables
that I am pulling forward (using the unsplit 2000 blocks) are properly
apportioned using the same methodology Caliper used in their allocations of
split blocks.
