Reinaldo,
Just a shot in the dark: you may have a permissions issue. That is, your user
account may not have the right permissions either to modify the add-ins.txt
file or to write the directory where rsccw.exe (the actual GISDK compiler)
wants to put the compiled version of the add-in.
Can your user account write to the directory referenced in the error message?
