Most of the time I'm creating maps that compare a certain variable across all
counties within my state. I'm finding that I have to repeatedly change default
settings such as the font color of the labels, etc. I found the "User
Preferences" tab but it won't allow me to change the things I want to change
such as the style, weight, and color of the county borders, removing the scale
from the legend, changing the blue background (water) to white, removing the
Places, etc.
Can this be done once and saved so I don't have to do it every single time I
create a map?!
