Every record has a populated zip code. I always expect a couple not to match, 
have checked the 8, and found zip codes that don't exist in the US for those 8 
records. I'm more interested in thoughts or help in understanding why Maptitude 
doesn't produce the same results with both methods. I think this is a bug in 
the program.
