That's pretty much what I was going to say.  If you're not prepared for
people to send back whatever crud you send out, you have a pretty poor
excuse for a feedback loop.

Also, I can tell you from experience that I've been sending lightly
denatured virus reports (the first few bytes of the base64 changed to
xxx so it's not executable), and I've never gotten into a loop or
anything else particularly bad.  The worst that happened was that a
rather dim BL operator insisted that I was sending viruses because
their virus detectors said so.
