Stephen, Barry and I like the proposed changes visible now at http://www.blackops.org/~msk/marf.html. This would clear the discuss and allow publication as long as Pete also agrees. MARF participants, please review this and provide any feedback, including support or requested changes. I'll post it Monday morning unless I hear some objection.
