Time : 7:00 pm
PROPOSED GUIDELINES FOR MSAA 2007 ELECTIONS
1. There will be three (3) seats for the position of MSAA Director for 2007
that
will need to be
filled-up;
2. Qualified candidates are defined as:
a) A Marist School alumnus;
b) At least 1 year active membership of good standing with the MSAA;
c) An elected or appointed Representative of his Batch is suggested but not
preferred;
and,
d) Willing to uphold the objectives of the Association and serve the
interests of the
general welfare of the Alumni.
3. Process of election will be by way of nomination and written ballots.
4. The top three (3) Nominated candidates with the most number of written
ballots to his
name will be proclaimed by the COMELEC as new MSAA Directors to fill-up
the vacant
position. The COMELEC's decision will be final.
5. Newly elected Directors together with the current Officers and Members
of the
Board
will be proclaimed immediately during the Election Day and will be
facilitated by our
Marist School President Bro. Paterno Corpus, FMS.
