EchoStar's subsidiary, EchoStar DBS Corporation, priced an offering of 
$1.5B aggregate principal amount of senior debt securities to be issued 
as 7-1/8 percent Senior Notes due 2016 --- BellSouth will receive 
the "Outstanding Corporate Suppler Diversity Award" by the National 
Minority Business Council --- Right-to-privacy group, Cato Institute, said 
the attempt of the Bush administration to force Google to turn over the 
various company search results sets a dangerous precedent --- AOL 
announced it will make a substantial investment in a new UK-based 
telecoms infrastructure to open up the local telephone network to 
increased competition and innovation.
