TOP STORY -- The National Association of Broadcasters joined the 
National Cable and Telecommunications Association, Consumer 
Electronics Association, Motion Picture Association of America, ABC, 
CBS, NBC and News Corp. on a promotional campaign to educate 
parents on how to better supervise TV programming. The NAB said it 
would work with the Ad Council to launch the $300 million campaign 
soon.

approximately $1 billion aggregate principal amount of debt securities to 
redeem outstanding 9-1/8 percent Senior Notes due in 2009 --- Verizon 
and Yahoo! announced the availability of their latest fully-integrated, co-
branded broadband service, Verizon Yahoo! for FiOS --- DirecTV will 
debut CD USA, its exclusive, original music series, on Saturday, Jan. 21, 
with live performances from the Goo Goo Dolls, Ashlee Simpson, Dem 
Franchize Boyz featuring Jermaine Dupri, Natasha Bedingfield, Fort 
Minor and Ringside.
