Charter's cable systems in West Virginia and Virginia are being sold to Cebridge Acquisition, while the company's systems in Illinois and Kentucky are being sold to New Wave Communications. Charter also reported fourth-quarter 2005 revenues of $1.342 billion, an increase of 5.2 percent. Revenues for the year were $5.254 billion, an increase of 5.6 percent over 2004.
