TOP STORY - EchoStar reported fourth quarter revenue of $2.18 billion, 
a 12.8 percent increase compared to $1.93 billion for the same period 
in 2004. Net income was $133 million for the three-month period, 
compared with $70 million during the same 2004 quarter.

OpenTV reported fourth quarter net income of $2.9 million, compared to 
a net loss of $6.3 million reported in fourth 2004. Net income included a 
gain of $3.1 million related to the sale of a cost investment in a private 
company, OpenTV said --- AOL and Warner Bros. announced plans to 
launch In2TV, a broadband television network showcasing classic 
shows, on AOL.com --- ImaginAsian TV gained carriage on Charter's 
Inland Empire cable system --- CTAM announced nominees for 
induction into its 2006 Hall of Fame: Cox and its "High-Tech Services 
with a Human Touch;" C-SPAN's school bus; HGTV's "Dream Home 
Giveaway;" the Launch of Hallmark Channel; and Turner Classic 
Movies' "31 Days of Oscar."

not expect either AT&T or Verizon to significantly accelerate their triple 
play rollout due to the more favorable regulatory climate. We expect 
the rollout to be more driven by technical delays, financial 
considerations (such as increasing pressure on Verizon to buy out 
Vodafone's 45 percent stake in Verizon Wireless) and integration issues 
(AT&T buying BellSouth)."
