TOP STORY - Charter Communications hired J.P. Morgan Securities, 
Banc of America Securities and Citigroup Global Markets to arrange a 
refinancing of existing senior secured credit facilities. The proposed 
$6.8 billion credit facilities will include a new $300 million revolver/term 
credit facility, a $5 billion term loan due in 2013, and certain 
amendments to the existing $1.5 billion revolving credit facility, the 
cable company said.

Verizon said it will sell its Caribbean and Latin American telecom 
operations in three separate transactions valued at $3.7 billion --- XM 
Satellite Radio said it added more than 568,000 net new subscribers 
during the first quarter, taking its total to more than 6.5 million 
subscribers --- Prudential downgraded RadioShack from "overweight" 
to "neutral."
