All We're putting together some flyers to use at CCCNA14.
We would *like* to use the monkey logo on the bottom of the flyer Proof is here: http://shapeblue.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/04/cccna14_proof.pdf (please excuse the orange blocks, they are covering details of something that we're going to be announcing at CCCNA14 - so its not for public list at this time) The closest fit to this I could find in the trademarks guidelines was "non-software goods" - although I don't think flyers fit into that category. So, I'm not 100% sure of which part of the guidelines to follow. Thoughts/comments/objections ?
