Howdy Italo, that's not true - end user / small business / and commercial size adoption is far from nil - not 20$ but depending on whose numbers your use it is from 7% - 11%. It was the same web based survey that rendered the 20% number for some EU locals that put US at 9% [1] But that is not to detract from your overall point regarding recognition and those numbers are for OO.o not LibreOffice...
