Unless he specifically mentions it on his paypal donation notes, it would be very difficult to know what was the $100 for or how exactly show and proof that the money was used for that. In my experience I haven't recieved any notes on the use of their 5 /25 bucks. Even large donations are vagely specified the target. I remember an organization donated $500 because we won a price. They only wanted some letter from the community that we won. But usually that is how far it has gone about strings attached to the donation. Another thing is to update their group mission to not focus on OOo exclusively, whcih many already did for matters related to other related things like ODF. Many Document Freedom Day events, they use their 'OOo budget' to promote ODF in their country.
I think that it would matter to donors if they were supporters of the OOo and all of a sudden their donations were now used to support TDF/LibO. This could be a problem.
