Christoph or Bernhard will be definitely better to answer you here I haven't followed closely all the graphical part, sorry. The name is trademarked so you can't make it different than LibreOffice (this answers Ismaël about Libre Office, LIBRE-OFFICE or Libre OFFICE forms). But the graphical part is not fixed yet if I remember well. However, we have had already a large press coverage and I feel that it's important to stick with the initial branding that has been launched. I know for example that several sites offering our product to download are using our logo.
