Congratulations for your efforts. From a pure Drupal perspective, the
page is good. OK, I get a "user warning: Unknown column 'lang_is' in
'field list' query" when I upload a template, but this will be easy to
fix.

While surely your work is nice and appreciated, I must say (I warned
against it earlier in this thread too) that this is "just" a textbook
Drupal site for uploading templates. It is far from being enough to
replace the OpenOffice.org Templates site.

Of course a page like this is relatively easy to build, but the
complexity I was referring to is not in this part: it is in the fine ODF
processing that powers http://templates.services.openoffice.org/ and I
won't ask once more that people DO try uploading a template there in
order to understand the functionality that must be replicated.

Some examples:
- You needn't ask for an image, the thumbnail is just generated by ODF
processing and this is the right way to do it.
- You should have license and author, and derive it via ODF processing
and not enter it with a simple CCK field. Moreover, it should be
investigated what kind of commitment the Document Foundation took
towards Richard Stallman about "nonfree add-ons", see
  http://www.documentfoundation.org/supporters

I like and respect your work, don't get me wrong. But a repository of
ODF templates should take advantage of everything ODF can offer, not
just rely on textbook Drupal stuff. Then, is it worth to spend effort in
replicating this non-textbook custom functionality from the Templates
website? I don't have an answer and neither the Document Foundation
probably has one, so I wouldn't know who has to decide on this.

Best regards,
  Andrea.
