Hi :) Unfortunately the "marketing+" bit at the start of the email address is almost always handled differently from the the rest of the email address. So, it looks as though the instructions say to send an email to
[email protected] which is unhelpful because it doesn't work. We often have this problem so something needs to be sorted out. Would it be possible to change the unsubscribe instruction to [email protected] instead of [email protected] or something because that + sign in the middle really makes things confusing for a lot of systems.
