I think you don't need to vote since you are both already on both lists and 
therefore both feeding back between the 2 lists already.  It might be good to 
formalise who is the "official" person to do that but it's not going to stop 
you 
from doing it if Paulo is ill and/or missed something.  (or the other way 
around 
if everyone else voted for you, or Eliane or someone).
