Hi Benjamin, I looked on the site today. It seemed nice but I get the information from there that it works only with Drupal 6 and not the new line Drupal 7. They are searching for sponsors to upgrade.
I'm not familiar with Drupal but I know that there are always issues if you had to upgrade to a new version of Drupal (because your current one is not supported with patches/new minor versions anymore). I asked on the website- and on the foundation-mailinglist some time ago for proposals for an evaluation of a conference management system but get no feedback. If you want to evaluate the Drupal conference organizing tool I'm happy with this. I have no experience with Drupal yet and thus I can't work on that topic. We need also someone (or a group) who is volunteering to maintain the Drupal instance.
