Hi :)
Ok, how about reorganising the title, or perhaps using different words?

If existing software out there has trouble with updating then what is to stop a
new piece of software running into the same problems?  Wouldn't it be better to
join their team and help them reduce the few problems they have troubles with
rather than "reinvent the wheel" and run into all the problems they do fix as
well as those they don't?

Regards from
Tom :)

Hi Tom,

I'm talking about a system (computer software) to manage the duties of
organizing a conference.
