Florian,

A standardized email form letter is always useful. I use them quite often
for a number of items including distributing end user guides when users
receive access to a new system for example. We could make an official
LibreOffice LO form email for this purpose that includes not only were to
download LO but also a description of each application, where to access and
download templates, a note on how to submit templates to LO, etc.
