Thanks for the promt reply,

with regards to the show a meeting with the producers is tomorrow evening,
filming on Friday unless it is postponed due to production limitations. and it
gets aired the following Saturday and a copy on VIMEO (a site like youtube) .
i would like to thank tom for the links to the wiki, there are some points i
will use, but what i wanted to ask if their are any video clips even made by
fans, that "advertise" libreoffice in a similar way that the Linux foundation
have, i am asking as i am gathering as much info and sorting them out for a max
of 15minutes where i will cover, Linux, general OSS, and OSS like libreoffice,
Gimp, firefox and so on... if possible within the the timeframe, but LO is one
of the main topics i will put into the show and i would like to mention with
permission aswell that TDF:LO are working for Tablet/mobile editions of the
office suite. (ie: ubuntu mobile, android, ios,w8)

if anyone has a Advert styled video please forward. (though HD is preffered, SD
format videos will be streamed/played on the studio screen when discussing
providing a (indirect/direct marketing).

Hi :)
All official documentation is fine to copy and distribute. You can even modify
the guides as long as the original authors are still given credit on the page
that is already in the guides. The license is a Creative Commons "Share and
Share alike" license (which is free) so all that is fine to use. I don't know
if anyone has been transalting the guides into Greek or whatever language is
best for people in Malta. If they are then presumably they are released under
the same Creative Commons license. Any 3rd party documentation listed further
down the wiki-page might not be released under a Creative Commons license
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Documentation/Publications

The guides on the official LibreOffice website might be for slightly older
versions of LibreOffice now
http://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/documentation/

The documentation team are currently working on the 4.0.x branch's guides but
it's going to take a long while as they need more people in their team. Even
just a couple of people joining just temporarily would be a huge help.
Regards from
Tom :)

Subject: [libreoffice-marketing] Marketing materials for TV

Good evening my fellow freedom fighters (well open-document fighters...)

I would like to announce some great news, that ossmalta is going to be featured
on a local tech show called gadgets, where we will be presenting Linux & OSS on
the national public broadcasting services.

i would like to know of any marketing material or ideas from fellow members of
best describing Libreoffice in short time frame and in a simplistic method to
be understood by most.

Videos, logos, etc may be used. i also would like to ask permission from the
TDF and of course those who made the works if i may publicly broadcast them.
