Hi,

Maybe it is not the right place. I didn't read anything in either that
announcement, the store pages, or their website about any involvement from
The Document Foundation itself. If there was some, it's not hinted at all
anywhere.
If I'm right, the correct place to ask for support would be CIB themselves,
as that's essentially what they add to the package.
