I suggest we start with a very basic, 'Did you know?' approach. We've confirmed that while there are millions of people downloading Apache OpenOffice, there are millions who have no idea it exists and why it can help them in their daily lives. We can start to outline a treatment and so forth on the wiki. I think that will work better than a monster email thread. What do you think?
