The website is mainly HTML and CSS.  Some pages use a simplified
markup called "Markdown text".  But styling is done with CSS.

We've been discussing a "visual signature" update for our next major
release (OpenOffice 4.0) in April.  As part of this we will likely
update the logo.  Previous discussions have been exploring the
possibility of having a public competition to design the new logo.
