My sons were studying in a school. One of the policies of "The School" is :
No Award, No reward, No Punishment. No award means no competition. So for
this world was in competitive nature. This shall become collaborative
nature.

PS: The name of the school is "The School" run under the principles of
Philosopher J.Krishnamoorthy

This community is mature enough to manage without a formal structure. Let
us wait and see how things progress and evolve
