Once the data is populated, we can use a free IBM research charting tool
that's open to the public, one of the features can plot data on a world map.

Its called Many Eyes and its located here:
http://www-958.ibm.com/software/analytics/manyeyes/

I can take a stab at it in the morning, I used it once and remember it was
picky with country names. eg USA is not the same as U.S.A.
