In the present case, that was not the reason.

However, when we talk about spying, then in Germany, Microsoft rather the one 
who is in the focus of the user. Also, Google, Apple, etc., but not so much 
Oracle.

Oracle applies in Germany, primarily as a destroyer of Sun.


Yes, this is all a bit one-sided, but so is the public perception.
