Re: "You are invited by a maintainer or the organization team and we still have seats left." Personally interesting thing for me would be to encourage more new comers to the project. I wonder if we could ask maintainers and reviewers about recently joined contributors who shined. In recognizing their good and persistence work in the same time meeting face to face to collaborate, we should try to invite them.
