We will announce the QtCS in blogs and etc as soon as we can register
people to a place for registration and for sponsorship requests.

The comms machine will be busy next Tuesday with Qt 5 Alpha. After that
the way is more or less clean for Qt CS.

Mmm if there is no nice DevNet-only process possible then a possibility
would be to send your info via email, yes. But... can't we do this
through a web form and have the data stored somewhere other than
someone's mailbox? We end up with the online spreadsheet (or similar)
that Alex was talking about.
