There are two big items: - No need to ask for all the super-personal information for those requesting visas. Usually Full name and passport number suffice for a recommendation letter. I'd rather send an email to the people requesting visa support since different countries of origin might require different things. - All those fields related with sponsorship should show up only in a second page to those requesting it. And then there are little things with descriptions but can I edit the form? I'd rather do all the little changes myself saving you some time.
