This was discussed here few months ago. See http://lists.qt-project.org/pipermail/marketing/2011-December/000040.html and following messages in the thread. Not much happened at the time and "News" is still the 7th item at http://wiki.qt-project.org/Marketing - missing an owner (Alexandra is the current de-facto owner, though). One of the reasons to keep the discussion was that DevNet had to move to Qt Project, something that happened on March 1st.
