See http://qt-project.org/groups/qt-contributors-summit-2012/wiki/Program Now we have 3 tables, one for each day. It is visible how many slots are available to be scheduled ad-hoc. The times have been modified interpreting the last proposal in the list, favoring a long lunch break for relax & discussion. I decided to remove the Add-on modules we had pre-scheduled. We can _force_ the Essentials maintainers to be at the Qt CS (or nominate someone) to drive a session about their modules, but we can't really do the same for the Add-ons. If a maintainer or someone comes here with a strong case about an Add-on module we can pre-schedule it. After receiving some feedback about the previous draft, I've decided to add two sessions on Day 1 morning, right after State of the Union: - Vision, gaps, contributors. Let's look beyond 5.1. What is the vision? What areas need more attention and development to get there? Are these areas well resourced? If not, who can step in? Many focused discussions can spin-off from here. - Roadmap: platforms supported. A key topic that we overlooked in our San Francisco morning. Must be there, and it's connected to the other 2 sessions that morning. The game follows: - Is there any session we MUST pre-schedule? Please provide reasons and specify who would drive it. - Some sessions are pre-scheduled at the same time. Any conflicts per can prevent? - The sessions in Galerie must be special: they happen in a huge room and they are video recorded for posterity. If this is too big for a topic currently scheduled we'd better move it to a smaller room, without video recording. -- Quim _______________________________________________ Marketing mailing list [email protected] http://lists.qt-project.org/mailman/listinfo/marketing
