Debating on attending this - it's only 4 hours away, Pretty much a "lone wolf" Ubuntu user, but if there's some LO activity there, that would be a big plus. They do need some speakers; Feb 7 is the deadline: http://www.indianalinux.org/cms/speaker_app
Can't say I know enough about the depths of OO/LO to have anything useful to say... :) However, I have been happy with the rather transparent changes, and am using LO in all my applications here. LO is a fantastic opportunity to "shake the bugs out of the rug" that was OO and get it not only compatible, but as useful as the competition (for example, has anyone really found "Base" functional?). BTW, here's some ideas in the "generall" Linux Fest thread here: http://nabble.documentfoundation.org/LinuxFest-help-td2178699.html MRK -- View this message in context: http://nabble.documentfoundation.org/Indiana-LinuxFest-tp2150678p2414645.html Sent from the US_Marketing mailing list archive at Nabble.com. -- Unsubscribe instructions: E-mail to [email protected] List archive: http://listarchives.libreoffice.org/us/marketing/ *** All posts to this list are publicly archived for eternity ***
