Hi MRK, Carl,

Totally agree with Carl here - also, just looking at the events website
and the CFP they specifically mention talks about "Free Culture" so even
if the talk is not particularly technical I would be surprised if they
would not pick it up.

Additionally there was an offer from one of the developers to help with
putting together presentations in just this type of situation, where
there is a community member willing to stand up and deliver a
presentation but could use some help on the technical side.

@MRK - what would you need from the group to help on this?
